Mission
To connect community members and visitors to the natural beauty of the landscape through improved alternative mobility pathways and healthy recreational opportunities in the Hagerman Valley . We do this in order to improve health, safety, and accessibilty to residence and visitors alike while providing an economic boost to the Hagerman Community.

We can't do our work without a solid volunteer base. There are no paid employees in our organization. We rely completely on volunteers and their vast lifetime experiences to help us succeed.
Fundraising

Hagerman Bike and Walk holds a special dinner every other year. The next one will be August 29, 2026. Tickets are on sale now. Please check out or Donation page for more information. We also have our annual Duck Race happening in Oct.
All funds from both fundraisers go directly to supporting maintenance, low overhead and supplying required matching funds for grants.

Giving Back
Giving Back
We strive to give back to our community in meaningful ways. In 2025 we sponsored two quality bikes and accessories with support from Bullmoose Bicycles as prizes for the Hagerman Elementary School Try-athalon; a competition that focused on education and physical health.
